That's why this training and certification program has been designed - to help organizations build internal competencies and support their own teams.
This program is relevant for employees in human resource development who would benefit from adding knowledge in team dynamics and team development to their toolkit. It aims to equip them with the knowledge and confidence necessary to effectively enhance team collaboration, making it a valuable asset in their professional repertoire.
Hands-on training and development
In the workshop, we will focus on both team dynamics and the team leader's role within the team. We will deep dive into the interplay between three crucial areas: Getting Aligned, Getting Along, and Getting Ahead. This interactive, hands-on experience will include exploring real cases, and examining teams' dynamics, strengths, and challenges.
Our aim is to create an informal, constructive space with conceptual input, allowing for ample discussions, individual reflections, and group work - and to equip the participants with tried and tested approaches to develop well-functioning teams.
We work specifically with the teams selected by the participants, focusing on team diagnostics and dynamics. Our approach guides you through the entire process, from the diagnostic phase to the development phase, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to effectively support teams on their development journeys.
